Source Light Healing
Cosmic containers for deep healingWhat is a Source Light Healing?
Source Light Healings are fully remote cosmic containers for deep healing. To release what no longer serves, to clear energetic blockages, to work through limiting patterns and past-life trauma and to help you return to your natural state of wholeness and coherence.
These sessions are fully customised. No one session is ever the same. There’s a clear structure for opening and closing these containers, yet everything that happens during the session is deeply intuitive and channelled to meet you exactly where you are.
This medicine is shaped by different modalities that each found me at a different point during my own healing journey. Each taught me something new about the infinite ways in which the energy moves, heals, and transforms. Yet, it doesn’t fit in any one modality. I mostly work with star frequencies, sacred rays, and galactic technologies, and I’m often supported by different galactic beings of light.
When booking the session, you will be asked to fill out a short form where I ask you to share what you would like to work on and where you are currently at on your journey.
How do these sessions work?
These sessions are fully remote, no live call. Right after booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a recording to listen to during the session. At your scheduled time, you'll be invited to lie down somewhere quiet and comfortable, put in your earphones, start the recording and simply be.
While you rest, I'll be working with you remotely across a shared field of consciousness — through intention, presence, and energetic attunement. Distance is not a barrier here. Energy moves beyond time and space, and so does this work.
Every person arrives differently, and every session unfolds in its own way. During the session you may feel warmth or coolness moving through your body, tingling, a sense of something shifting — or you may feel very little at all. You might even drift into sleep. There's no right way to experience this. All of it is welcome. All of it is valid.
The recording will signal the closing of the session, though some people will simply feel it when I close the session from my end.
Within 24-48 hours, you'll receive a follow-up email from me with a personal voice note: what I witnessed, what I worked with, along with any guidance and recommendations to support your journey onwards.

"I've felt SOUUUUL good, deeply connected to my inner child & playfulness of life. That was such a special session for me, always be in my heart. Thank you Annamaria for holding such a powerful transformative space, inviting the dolphins to remind us all that healing can happen through play, fun, dance, deep endless laughs of bliss. "Annamaria is a gifted and authentic healer. She took me through an Activation Journey whilst in Egypt and the shifts worked their way through my body and energy over several days. I am so grateful for what she helped me unlock - a deeper sense of self, of clarity and movement and flow in my physical mental spiritual and emotional bodies. Thank you Annamaria! I would highly recommend doing an activation with her as a potent key on your spiritual development journey."

"I did an Activition Journey with Annamaria and had no idea what to expect, I'm not familiar with the work but I was very open and curious. Annamaria holds a safe space and made me feel comfortable and at ease, she has a soft way of working and a great energy. Before the music started I already felt my body wanting to move, from beginning to end Annamaria guided me through in a way I could really let go and express myself. My voice, which has some blockages, was active and I made sounds I didn't know I could or wanted to make. I felt really carried during the session and more aligned.”

"I attended a Dolphin Activation Journey with Annamaria. The privilege of having access to this sacred dimension fills me with gratitude. The guided meditation, leading under crystalline waterfalls and directly into a merkaba movement, opened a cosmic portal with the pure symbolic presence of the Dolphins. Their languages, combined with Annamaria's light language, propelled me into eclectic spheres of high frequencies.
Incredible, after the session I slept for twelve hours straight, without opening an eye. When I woke up, before opening my eyes, I no longer knew where I was and even less who I was; something inside me had changed, a shift in frequencies, a new color, a new vibration."

Answering Your Questions
-
These sessions are designed for more specific intentions and areas of focus — a pattern you're ready to release, a block you feel but can't quite name, a fear that keeps you playing small, an emotion that keeps resurfacing again and again, a physical symptom you want to work through, etc.
When booking your session, you will be asked to fill out a short form where you can share whatever is on your heart and mind that you would like support with.

Each session is unique & so is each person and their experience.
During the session, you may feel warmth or coolness moving through your body, tingling, a sense of something shifting — or you may feel very little at all. You might even drift into sleep. There's no right way to experience this. All of it is welcome. All of it is valid.
After the session, you may feel very energised and happy or tired and a bit emotional or anywhere in between.
I strongly recommend NOT planning anything for at least a couple of hours after the session to give yourself space to be with all the shifts and changes within you. Rest helps your body to integrate.
What happens during the session is only a small part of the healing itself. These healings continue to work for 1-2 weeks after the session.
-
These sessions work within the quantum and energetic levels where time and space don’t exist.
In these sessions, specific healing codes are channelled that communicate with your unique energetic blueprint, creating the conditions for your own healing to take place.
When you book your session, you will receive an email with a recording to listen to at the time of the session, along with further instructions on how to prepare for your session. The recording starts with 10 min guided meditation to prepare your body to receive the healing, followed by 50 min of deep meditative music.
I will begin working with you in the quantum field once the guided meditation ends and the music starts.
The end of the music marks the end of the session.
