When booking a session, you will receive a Preparation Guide to your email that walks you through everything you need to know before the session and how to best prepare yourself.

The session itself begins with a short introduction. If there are any questions, we have time to answer them.

For the activation part, you will be asked to lie down. We begin with a guided meditation to relax and prepare the body to receive the transmission. The activation itself begins with music, and the rest of it unfolds in the non-doing. There’s absolutely nothing that you have to do than just be. The Divine intelligence within you will lead the way.

During the activation, I will become the vessel for the highest truth and alignment, holding the field in resonance with Source Light frequency, and support the unfolding of the activation fully in service to your highest good.

Some people describe the sessions as a way to reconnect with their truest version of themselves and feel more connected to their higher self, spirit guides and Source in general.

Often, people also experience some form of energetic and/or emotional release of what no longer serves and is ready to be let go of. As if what the body had been holding for the longest time finally had the space to move and be released from the system.

After the activation, there is space for you to share your experience and ask any further questions.

We will close the session with a short grounding practice.

After the session, you will also receive an Integration Guide to further support your journey and help you integrate what you just experienced.

I invite you not to get fixated on what you think is supposed to happen during the session — instead, open yourself to the possibility that anything can happen and trust that whatever unfolds is exactly what is meant for you in the present moment, for your highest good.

Every session is different, and every person's experience is unique.

These are the most common things people might experience during the session:

 ■  Feeling the energy & electricity moving through your body

 ■  Different physical movements like shaking, jerking, spontaneous yoga asanas and mudras

■  Seeing vivid visions or colours

 ■  Changes in body temperature

 ■  Memories surfacing from parallel lifetimes (or what some call past/future lives)

 ■  Emotional releases

 ■  Receiving spiritual guidance & wisdom

 ■  Feeling non-duality & oneness with all — aka the state of Heaven on Earth within

 ■  Activation/remembering of your own spiritual gifts & soul mission

What happens and what you experience during the session is only a small piece of everything that is being shifted and recalibrated within you. The real shifts and changes usually begin to unfold after the activation.

Please note that I am not controlling your body or forcing any movements. Everything that arises is a natural expression of your body. My role as a facilitator is to intuitively listen, hold space, and support what your energy is asking for – always in service to your highest good. 

Energy knows no time or space. It follows intention. As we are all connected within the same unified energy field, this transmission can reach you instantly, no matter where you are in the world. 

We will be connected via Zoom, and for the activation part, I will simply ask you to position the camera in. away that your entire body is visible. This allows me to best hold the frequency in resonance and support the unfolding of the activation.

It’s based on similar principles to how these sessions are built up, yet there are also some important differences.

These sessions eventually evolved from the Kundalini Activations. There was a point where I noticed a shift in how I channel and how I feel called to do this work, which led me to let go of everything I was taught and allow what wanted to emerge from within to recreate itself.

And then one morning, I simply woke up with the name Source Light Activation. I started to sit with these words and ask questions to understand better what it means and how that shifts my practice.

Kundalini is an aspect of the inner life force energy that is usually lying dormant at the base of the spine. It’s very fiery and potent, the most concentrated aspect of the life force, but NOT the life force in its full spectrum.

When I speak of Source Light activation, I refer to the Divine intelligence within that contains the light, the consciousness, and the life force energy in its full expression. I don’t focus on the Kundalini. I look at this Divine technology that exists within us all as a whole.

Initially, what creates the main difference in my practice is the frequency I channel and hold in resonance throughout the session. And I feel like it creates a more gentle and holistic experience overall.

Another important difference is how I guide people into the activation. I work closely with the dolphins, and they once showed me a technology for preparing the body to receive the activation. That technology has been channelled into a guided meditation that I always start the activations with.

Source Light is the living current of God moving through all that is. It’s a pure stream of golden light that contains both the masculine & the feminine. It’s the highest form of love, a light without distortion and without ego. It carries the codes of unity and oneness with all there is. 

And it’s the purity of the light that begins to transform these lower vibrational patterns, belief systems, stuck energies, and traumas that keep us operating at these lower vibrational frequencies based on what we are ready to let go of and alchemise in the moment.
